Pamphile (better know as tupui) is a senior software engineer working at Bitpanda. Previously he worked in the team who brought Flight Simulator 2020, and he created a consulting company to work on open source software.

Now he is building his project named Tansu on the Stellar blockchain. Tansu is a decentralized system which aims to secure the software supply chain and break siloed communities by using a DAO.
